Dubrovnik (ACI Marina Dubrovnik / Gruž) is the iconic southern Dalmatian yacht destination — the UNESCO-protected Old Town walls, the medieval architecture, and the 'Game of Thrones' cultural recognition make it the most-visited single yacht destination in Croatia. The marina sits 3 km from the Old Town in the Gruž harbour with full service infrastructure.

Yacht activity centres around June-September peak, with shoulder seasons (May, October) offering the same access at half the cost and noticeably less crowded conditions. Many charter weeks structure as a Split-to-Dubrovnik one-way (or Dubrovnik-to-Split), allowing maximum island-hopping coverage of the central and southern Dalmatian coast.

Cruising context. Mljet National Park (25 nm north-west), Korčula (40 nm north-west), Lastovo (55 nm west), Šipan and Lopud islands (15 nm north — the Elaphite islands). To the south: Montenegro coast (Kotor Bay 40 nm south) and Albanian coast for adventurous cruising. Dubrovnik is also a natural turnaround point for one-way Mediterranean deliveries.
