The unit is already equipped with windows and steel tanks for diesel fuel and water already installed, including on-board instruments.

The engines are already installed with axis and propellers. The pleasure boat is entirely built with top quality wood, teak, iroko, mahogany and marine plywood.

The boat is composed as follows: - master cabin - double guest cabin with the possibility of hosting a third person - kitchen area - bathroom - living room bridge convertible into a bedroom - large multi-purpose partially covered deck - crew cabin with bathroom - longitudinal four-layer planking and crossed The construction was carried out with all the details highlighted in the attached photos, with watertight bulkheads. The vessel was built with all the joinery tricks with two-component glue

About Italian wooden boatbuilding. The Tyrrhenian coast — from Viareggio through Livorno and Civitavecchia — is home to Italy's traditional wooden boatbuilding heritage. The Versilia / Livorno yards that built this 13-metre pilot boat work in the tradition of the historic Codecasa, Picchiotti and Cantiere Navale di Pisa yards. The result is a hull built the way Italian wooden boats have been built for over a century: long-fibre marine plywood and hardwoods, copper-riveted frames, multi-layer cross-planked construction, and two-component epoxy bonding throughout.

Construction details. Top-quality woods: teak, iroko, mahogany and marine plywood with longitudinal four-layer planking and crossed cross-planking. Watertight bulkheads and full joinery throughout — built with two-component glue for joint integrity over decades. The hull is semi-displacement, suited to both economical 8-10 knot cruising and faster 18-22 knot passages depending on owner specification of the final propulsion package.

Cruising profile. A 13-metre wooden semi-displacement pleasure boat — twin Caterpillar 320 hp turbo diesel propulsion, two-cabin (plus crew) layout, suited to Italian Tyrrhenian and Croatian Adriatic short cruising. The wooden construction gives a character and ride quality that no modern composite hull replicates — and the new-build nature means decades of service ahead.

Buyer notes. This is a new build with the finishing carpentry still to be specified by the buyer — interior layouts, finish materials (varnish, oil, paint schemes), electronics packages and final propulsion options are all open. NewSail's brokerage handles the contract finalisation with the Livorno yard and coordinates the completion phase. An exceptional opportunity for buyers who want a bespoke Italian wooden yacht without commissioning from scratch.
