Yachting France Jouet Calife 23
Information
The Calife is a sloop designed by the French Philippe Harlé in the Seventies and built by the Jouet shipyard under the Yachting France brand. A low draft (1.10 m), a generous width (2.50 m) and a high ballast/displacement ratio (about 40 percent), reveal the cruising philosophy with which the Calife was conceived, which is able to provide excellent speed performance and has good shape stability.
Built in fiberglass and made unsinkable with expanded polyurethane, it has a full-width deckhouse and interiors that can accommodate four people in a single environment. To the left of the cabin entrance is the galley, to starboard a berth, while the toilet is located in the "V" of the bow berths and hidden by a removable cushion.
